Our RV/New home for awhile....

Mom, this post is for you!  Sorry it took me so long to put it up!  

So as most folks know, my family will be moving back to Virginia...but until we can find a permanent home, we will be squatting next to my parents house on the Rez.  We acquired a 1990 Allegro basement model 31 ft motor home for a steal!  It was all awash in baby blue, so we have made some modifications...there is still a lot of blue, but we will have to live with it for awhile.  Jim upgraded the home entertainment system...yes we have surround sound...you know he cannot live without that!  We have added a bunch of color for a more eclectic feel.  We changed the fabric on the dinette and updated some of the valances not to mention, changed the chair out for a more updated look.  The chair that was there before was uncomfortable and hard on the eyes!  There is still some work to be done, but it is definitely a great start!  There is lots of storage, which we are definitely going to need!  It is cozy, but we love it...now if we can just back it out of the drive way and be on our way...that would be something!

Sammy's 3rd Birthday-A Yo Gabba Gabba fun time!

We are going through a lot of changes lately...we expect life to get better very soon.  One of the bright spots in our lives, of course, is our beautiful son, Sam.  He turned 3 last Sunday, and we had a big party and 4 days later went to Yo Gabba Gabba Live.  It has been a fun week of Celebration of our special little man.  We love you so much Sammy, we hope you had a fun Birthday week

Present time...first gift, hot wheels cars...nothing else compared to the cars.  Every other present he would say..."let's see if there are any cars in here".  And was always very disappointed if there were not.  We have to work on appreciation and thankfulness.

Now that's what we're talking about...a helicopter!  The kid has 4 remote control helicopters so far...

Yo Gabba Gabba Live....I didn't get the best pictures...but we had a lot of fun.  We splurged and got VIP tickets so that Sammy could meet the characters...he was in absolute awe of them....then when we had to leave..he had a freak out and I had to carry him out like a sack of potatoes.  It was a good day all in all.  He keeps asking if he can go again...so I know he had fun.
